A lonely insecure cactus lives on a window with a beautiful view of the sea. His every day consists of admiring the sunsets and reading his books. He fears his reflection and tries in every possible way to hide his spikes, thinking that his prickly exterior is the reason for his loneliness.
His humdrum life is transformed when his owner brings home a beautiful flower. At first, the cactus is overjoyed to meet someone with whom he could share his windowsill, but his old self-doubt resurfaces when a spikey encounter threatens to drive a wedge between them.
